Fill, seal and cook delectable dumplings,pierogis, empanadas, gyoza, pasta, and more with this hinged dumpling press. Compact, dishwasher safe and made of durable stainless steel. Cooking Surface: L: 3 in. W: 3 in. Material: Stainless Steel. Makes 3″ x 1.5″ dumplings. Care: 1. Before initial use, wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. 2. Top rack dishwasher safe. Use: 1. Open dumpling maker and lay wonton or dough across both halves of press. 2.Spoon filling inside, no more than 2 Tbsp. 3. Brush edges of wonton with water or egg, then fold both halves together to seal. 4. Trim excess dough if desired.
